support@avwatchco.comAV Watches independently assembles custom watches using a combination of compatible, third-party, and aftermarket components as disclosed on the website or Build Passport. A referenced movement, component, style, or watchmaker does not mean the completed watch was manufactured, sponsored, authorized, or warranted by that watchmaker.
We aim to describe and photograph each individual build accurately. Screen color, lighting, and handcrafted assembly can produce minor visual differences. The product page, specifications, and photographs together describe the item offered. Contact us before purchase if a detail is material to your decision.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and taxes, when enabled, are shown before payment. Listings are subject to availability; most are one individual build. Payment is collected securely by Stripe. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, duplicate sale, or unavailable item.
We currently ship within the United States. Carrier pricing and estimates are presented before payment. Ownership and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law; carrier delays outside our control do not change your rights for a lost or damaged shipment.
The Returns & Warranty Policy is part of these terms. It includes the 14-day return window for eligible ready-to-ship watches and the 90-day AV Watches workmanship warranty.
Mechanical and meca-quartz watches require appropriate care. Keep watches away from strong impact, magnets, chemicals, and water beyond any expressly tested rating. Unless a listing states otherwise, do not treat a custom watch as suitable for swimming, showering, or submersion.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AV Watches is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from improper use, unauthorized modification, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
