14-day returns

Contact support@avwatchco.com within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery before sending anything back. Listed, ready-to-ship watches may be returned when they are unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and complete.

Include the watch, Build Passport, original packaging, bracelet links, and every supplied accessory.
Protective materials should remain intact where reasonably possible.
Use tracked and insured return shipping. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless AV Watches sent the wrong item or confirms a covered defect.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or a confirmed covered defect.

Inspection and refunds

We inspect returns before approval. Accepted refunds are sent to the original payment method; financial institutions control the time required for the credit to appear. Watches showing wear, impact, scratching, alteration, missing components, or damage after delivery may be declined or subject to a reasonable reduction where permitted by law.

Custom commissions

A watch commissioned or modified specifically at a customer's request is final sale unless it arrives damaged, materially differs from the agreed specification, or has a covered defect. This exception does not apply merely because a ready-to-ship watch is an individual build.

90-day workmanship warranty

For 90 days from confirmed delivery, AV Watches covers defects in our assembly workmanship and the installed movement's ordinary timekeeping function under normal use. Contact us before arranging service.

Coverage excludes impact, misuse, magnetism, unauthorized opening or service, modification, normal cosmetic wear, and bracelet or strap wear.
Water damage is excluded. Unless a product page expressly states a tested water-resistance rating, treat the watch as splash-resistant only—do not swim, shower, or submerge it.
After inspection, the available remedy may be repair, replacement with an equivalent component, or refund, subject to applicable law.
This is an AV Watches workmanship warranty, not a manufacturer warranty from Seiko or any other watchmaker.

Transit damage or wrong item

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with the order email and clear photographs of the watch, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging while we review the carrier claim and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Cancellations

Request cancellation as quickly as possible. We can cancel an unshipped order. Once carrier acceptance occurs, the order follows the return process above.
